Open Position
QA Technician
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Perform dimensional measurements and visual checking on testing part using suitable measuring equipment eg. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) or Smart Scope (SS) as well as standard measuring equipment.
- Establish functional / realibility / fitting test refer to requirement
- Preparation of PQS and DQS for all new parts.
- Perform buy-off new parts.
- Perform to attend mould testing for new parts.
- Preparation of new product file.
- Ensure information on quality issues are conveyed to IPQA & OQA before commencement of mass production.
- Ensure instrument accuracy and reliability.
- Ensure that measuring equipment used are appropriate and calibrated on a timely basis.
- Coordinate on external & internal calibration
- Perform internal calibration / verification on equipment & jig
- Perform housekeeping duty as required.
- Perform other assigned duties by superior
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in the related field and some exposure in plastic injection moulding process.
- Good communication and supervisory skills.
- Computer literate. Must be able to use MS Office and email.
- Able to use measuring equipment such caliper, micrometer, push-pull gauge, pin gauge, height gauge, cmm, smart scope and etc.
- Equipment calibration / verifacation experience
- Preferably experience in GR & R and MSA
Project Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- To lead and coordinate overall new project development including new to modification new and existing tools from beginning until 1st mass production.
- Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling and coordinating the mold trial
- To act as a contact window person with customer in technical and engineering matters.
- To assist in quotation preparation.
- To prepare the New Part Information and BOM after part approved.
- Responsible follow up the engineering change given by customer and monitor running change of production.
- To handle customer enquiries or complaint of new project or tool modification.
- As the Project Leader of the assigned new project.
- Ensure all new products have customer's approval before production.
- Ensure ISO documentation are follow and in order.
- Assist in project improvement plan and cost saving plan
- Accountable for the successful process and hand over completion of projects.
- To ensure the company 6s is in order.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferably with a Degree in mechanical engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
- However, Fresh Graduates encourage to apply.
- Preferably with Internal audit training for ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & ISO 13485.
- Good communication, negotiator and leadership skills.
- Computer literate. Must be able to use MS Office email.
Tooling Technician
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Perform daily task assigned by superior, including machine operation, tool maintenance, service, repair and modification for existing tooling as assigned.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tooling machineries as required.
- Set-up and operate all standard tool room equipment including :- milling, lathe, surface grinding machine, CNC/ EDM/ Wirecut machine, OGP, Measurment equipments etc.
- Follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
- Practice good housekeeping, 6S and safety is observed at workplace at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferably SPM and above or equivalent with 2 years of tooling manufacturing experience.
- Basic communication skill and written is needed.
- Able to read and understand technical drawing.
Molding Technician
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Perform Process Set up and Trouble Shooting - Technician
- Perform Ancillary set up and verification - Technician
- Follow the target time assigned and if not able to complete report to the superior immediately.
- Prompt and immediate attention to the machine problems and report to the superior immediately if cannot solve.
- To control and reduce the Rejection and scrap materials
- To maintain the tools provided by the management.
- To upkeep the machine and workplace cleanliness at all the times.
To do the machine and cooling tower service on request. - To turn up to work for the factory shut down and start-up.
- To make sure the purging material / barrel cleaning materials are available always for trouble shooting and mould set-up.
- Perform and Ensure 6S is properly carried out daily without fail.
- Ensure the every month department kpi goals achieved
Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferably a SPM holder (relevant 1 years injection molding experience)
- Mold setup , Process Setup and Trouble shooting skill.
- Familiar with Plastic materials
- Familiar with Ancillary unit set up and Trouble Shoting
