In Zeito, we have been using Scientific Moulding techniques in our moulding process for the last 15 years. We have learned the use of the techniques to deliver cost-effective parts with repeatable precision. Through our experience, we have a firm belief that without Scientific Moulding, the output would be product variations caused by wide fluctuations in temperature, pressure, and viscosity, decreased machine efficiency, long cycle times, high rejects, and especially poor quality.
